Trish Candy
Inhouse Trainer and Float Secretary
Reporting to our Practice Manager Trish oversees the induction training of new staff members including the use of our case management system and the day-to-day practices of the firm. Trish also covers support team members’ absence and annual leave in our Battle offices which is where she is based.
BACKGROUND
Trish joined Heringtons in 2023 when she and her husband moved to Bexhill from Paignton in Devon where she had been working for a large local law firm as a legal assistant for the Medical Negligence team. Trish has a varied employment history working in law starting her legal career as a secretary in Camden, London to assistant to the secretary manager in an American law firm in the City of London.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
Trish says her most favourite pastime is spending quality time with her grandchildren. She also enjoys spending time with her wider family and walking her dog. She particularly loves baking and creating birthday cakes for her grandchildren.
