Jessica Calder

Working with Mary Skellam Jess has considerable experience working across all aspects of private client legal work, but specialises in trust and estate administration.  She is very client focussed and ensures she delivers a compassionate and efficient service to clients especially when helping them navigate family bereavement.

Background

Jess studied Law at the University of Southampton before working for a number of years at a firm in Eastbourne where she covered all aspects of Private Client work including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship Applications, Management of Affairs, Administration of Estates and Administration of Trusts.  

Outside the office

With two teenagers and three dogs at home Jess is kept busy outside the office!  She very much enjoys being outdoors and cites camping, live music and festivals as being some of her favourite activities.  She and her partner are keen runners including obstacle course races, trail and road running.
