Gemma is a Residential Property Solicitor with over 20 years’ experience in advising clients on all aspects of residential property including sales, purchases, purchases of new build and shared ownership properties, as well as Transfers of Equity, lease extensions and variations and re-mortgages. Gemma brings a wealth of experience having worked for a variety of clients from first time buyers to high-net-worth individuals and companies.
Gemma takes a proactive approach and forms good relationships with clients, local estate agents and mortgage brokers, which in turn helps enable her clients' conveyancing processes go as smoothly as possible.
BACKGROUND:
Gemma began her legal career in 2001 at the University of Westminster where she obtained a 2:1 in her Law degree before going on to gain practical experience in Tunbridge Wells, where she qualified as a Solicitor in 2010.
OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE:
Gemma enjoys spending time with her family including her two dogs, with any free time spent travelling to new places.
