Erin Tschiderer
Erin is a Trainee Solicitor currently working within our Litigation department based in Hastings. She primarily assists Partner/Solicitor, Nikki Coward and Solicitor, Beth Reid.
BACKGROUND:
Erin is a dual citizen of the USA and the UK. She moved to the UK for university and obtained her BA in International Relations and Politics from London Metropolitan University in 2008. Following completion of an MA in Public Policy from Stony Brook University in New York and an MPhil in Politics from Goldsmiths University in London, Erin worked as a full-time teacher with a PGCE from the University of Buckingham before transitioning into a career in law. Erin recently completed her SQE1 and SQE2 exams and graduated with an LLM in Legal Practice from The College of Legal Practice. Erin previously worked in Criminal Law before joining Heringtons in January 2024 in the Litigation department first as a Legal Secretary and then as a Paralegal. In October 2024, she commenced her training contract with the firm.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE:
A recent transplant to Hastings from London, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband Chris and their dog Marley by the seaside or exploring the countryside of East Sussex - she still hasn’t quite got used to skirting badgers but she has become adept at keeping her chips away from seagulls!
