Chris is based in our Bexhill office and performs a number of duties providing administrative support along with clerical tasks that aid Heringtons’ daily business operations. He has at his fingertips various systems he uses to locate wills, deeds and files when requested from anyone within the firm.
Most insurance companies insist that vacant properties are inspected regularly and secured against illegal entry. Chris attends several properties which he maintains and keeps records of all visits in accordance with stringent building insurance requirements. Under instruction he will arrange the clearance of the properties and make sure they are left clean and empty.
Chris has a great eye for detail. He reckons he should have been a detective as he likes to get into the nitty-gritty of a search project. Chris also acts as a Fire Marshall for our Bexhill office where he is based.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE:
Chris is a keen gardener and enjoys DIY although he said he has been building himself a shed for the past year and is still to complete it!
