Heringtons Solicitors is proud to announce their new Charity of the Year: The Sara Lee Trust.
The charity provides essential support to those affected by cancer and other life-threatening illnesses in our local area. Their private counselling and therapy rooms are situated at St Michael’s Hospice, and they also have fully accessible therapy rooms at the Hub on Rye Hill adjacent to the Rye Memorial Hospital. Those who are unable to access their care in person, can be provided with services at home, either in person, online or by phone.
Richard Fisher, Managing Partner at Heringtons Solicitors said “We're committed to making a positive impact in our community, and partnering with The Sara Lee Trust allows us to do just that. The dedication of the charity to improve the lives of individuals and families facing immense challenges is truly inspiring. Our Vulnerable Client Services Manager, Tracey May, recently joined the charity’s Board of Trustees and we are happy that this will further cement our association with the charity’s wonderful work. With gratitude for Tracey's passion and dedication as a Trustee, we're honoured to partner with such an impactful charity.”
Nikki Hawes, theTrust’s Fundraising and Marketing Manager, said: "We are thrilled and honoured to be chosen by Heringtons Solicitors as their charity of the year. Every year we support over 800 local people affected by cancer and other life threatening illnesses and this simply wouldn’t be possible without the support of fantastic partners like Heringtons. We very much look forward to an engaging and rewarding partnership.”
